Everything happens on one day. Get there early — check-in and warm-up run from the time doors open.

  • 8:00 AM — Doors open
  • 9:30 AM — Black belt meeting
  • 9:50 AM — Bow in
  • 10:00 AM — Tournament begins

Competitors, spectators and coaches register through Zeffy. Vendors register through Omella. Both take a card.

For every athlete competing. Pre-registration closes Friday, October 16 — register early so we can build the brackets.

Adult spectator admission is $10. Coaching passes are $10 and are bought on the same page as pre-registration.

The Mountain State Open brings competitors, families and spectators from across the region into one building for a full day. It is a good room for a local business.

  • $60 per space. Set the quantity if you want more than one.
  • Bring your own setup. Each space is a spot on the floor — tables, chairs and display are yours to bring.
  • Registration closes Saturday, October 10, 2026.
  • We’ll be in touch. Setup time and space assignment go out by email the week of the tournament.
